(15:55) In a conversation with Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw we are exploring the concept of bringing intuition into the existing paradigm of leadership. Or as our guest puts it: inner listening for outer action. Intuitive leadership is not a new concept, although it might be new in this century. It is time for us to become aware of our interdependence. Instead of only being interested in our own will, our own company, our own party … the question we should ask is what is going to be the greatest benefit for the largest number of people we can affect.

Wisdom, a wish to engage and soft power are the attributes of intuitive leaders. As well as the ability to see change as an opportunity. It is exactly the type of leaders the world today needs.
