(25:00) Using our voice can help us to let go of old feelings that accmulate inside the cells of the body. Singing lifts us up, makes us feel better instantly and affects our immune system as well. Today we are surrounded by mechanical sounds of machines, computers, mobile phones etc. and our bodies no longer vibrate in harmony with nature. Making sound helps us to reset our vibration, lift it up and restore harmony and health within ourselves. We discussed using the voice for therapeutic purposes with a british therapist, author and singer Shirlie Roden.
